Wastebits Update: Faster Approvals with Non-Hazardous Waste Profiles

Welcome to the latest in our regular updates posted to the Wastebits blog, informing you of new enhancements to our software that make it easier to track and manage waste activity.

This week we are announcing new options in the regulatory section that allows you to specify how material was determined to be non-hazardous. This ultimately reduces the back and forth between submitters and approvers, potentially speeding up the approvals process.

Along with the rest of the waste profile, several fields are hidden until needed by a previous response. This cuts down on the visual clutter of the form, makes filling out profiles faster, and ensures the right questions are answered when necessary for the approvals process.

Other updates that have been released in the past couple of weeks:

  • Improved sort functionality when viewing a list of profiles.
  • Added hyperlinks within the profile form when referencing federal regulation codes.
  • Various bug fixes and performance enhancements.

Stay tuned for more release notifications, they will be regularly posted on this blog.
