You can reset your password using two different methods:

Method 1: Forgot Password

From the login page, click the Forgot Password link. You will be prompted to enter the email associated with your Wastebits account. Enter it, then click "Request Reset Link"


You will receive a Password Reset email. Click the "Reset Your Password" button. This email will expire in 6 hours. If you do not reset your password within that time frame, you will need to request a new email to be sent.

You will then be taken to a screen where you can create your new password. The password must be 8 characters long, contain at least 1 capital letter, and at least 1 special character (!@^&, etc.).


Method 2: User Settings

Once logged into Wastebits, click on your menu in the top right of your screen and select Settings.


Next, select the Password tab


Complete the form, then click the green Save button in the bottom left corner of your screen.
