There are a few common solutions you can try if you are having trouble logging in:

Update your Internet browser

Wastebits supports the following internet browsers:

  • Google Chrome (click here to download)
  • Mozilla Firefox (click here to download)
  • Internet Explorer only Versions 11 and above (click here to update)

Note: For the very best experience, we recommend using Chrome, Firefox or Safari

Ensure you are using the correct URL

Wastebits customers log in via app.wastebits.com. If you are a customer of a privately branded portal, replace "app" with the privately branded portal's name. If you are unsure what your URL should be, contact Wastebits Customer Support, or talk to your Company Account Admin or the person that invited you to the system

Note: It may be helpful to add your Wastebits portal as a bookmark in your browser to make it easier to navigate to the log in page in the future

Reset your Password

If you can't log in, you may have forgot or are using an incorrect password. Follow the method 1 instructions here if you think you may have forgotten your password.
