What is Wastebits Insights?
Wastebits insights is a powerful reporting tool that allows subscribers to see the latest reported volume and source activity in the waste industry. Insights offers reports of activity generated from Facilities, Generators, and Transporters. Subscribers can sort and filter by various criteria within these reports including date, handler, location (state), waste codes and NAICS codes.
What is the source for the data in Insights reports?
We query and pull the latest information directly from the publicly available RCRA database which includes activity for both hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials.
What is the cost to sign up for Wastebits Insights?
The price for a single seat license is $249 per month. If an organization purchases 4 seat licenses, they will receive a 5th seat for free as long as that organization maintains at least 4 active subscriptions each month.
What are the payment options for Insights?
You can pay online in the sign up experience using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. At this time we do not allow for payment via invoice.
I have bought multiple seats for my team. How do I assign them?
Once logged-in, go to ‘My Account’ in the upper right corner of any Insights Page. In the dropdown menu, select ‘Wastebits User Management’. From there you can add an email address for employees in your organization. They will be sent an email with instructions to sign up and will have a license credited to them upon validation of their email address.
Can I share my login information with others within my organization?
How do I remove a user or reassign a seat license to someone else within my organization?
To remove or reassign a license, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be glad to assist you with this request.
How do I cancel my Wastebits Insights subscription?
To cancel your subscription, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be glad to assist you with this request. Please note that partial or prorated refunds will not be given for cancelled subscriptions.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
The reports are lagging or taking a long time to generate. What should I do?
Occasionally, reports may take a little longer to load due to high volume of requests. Please wait a few minutes and try the request again. If you are experiencing extended delays even after waiting or trying during off hours, please let us know at email@example.com
How can I access to Insights/Reports if I am being blocked by our company firewall?
If your company firewall is preventing you from accessing Insights or Reports, please see this helpful resource and follow the steps outlined within the article. If you are still having issues after trying those steps, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
