Marking a Manifest as Prepared is a simple step that Facility Users and Service Providers can take to move a manifest out of Draft mode and indicate to their Generator that the manifest is ready to review and sign.

Create the Manifest

First, follow the steps to create a non-hazardous manifest.

Mark as Prepared

In the actions menu, select Mark as Prepared.

You will now notice that the status of the manifest has changed to Prepared and see a message that the change was successful. Prepared status will indicate to the Generator that you have done the initial work to create the manifest, and they can now sign.
