User / Site / Company Tagging Functionality

Portal Admins and Portal Site Admins can now add tags to a user, a site, and a company. This is a portal company-only feature, and while Portal Admins and Portal Site Admins can add and remove tags, any portal company user can view attached tags. The new tagging for users/sites/companies will work identically to waste stream tagging.

Tags will be displayed in any user/site/company table:
